The staff were amazing and were able to get us checked in early. The room was comfortable but probably in need of a bit of an upgrade. The shower was specifically a bit too aged with what looked like moldy grout. Even so, the room was great for our needs.

Novotel London Waterloo
Didn’t have breakfast but had a few drinks at the bar, service is very very quick and staff couldn’t accommodate enough, the lady behind the bar was very polite to me and my partner too and room service was quick.
