Springfield Mansion, Springfield Park This used to be a private house, until it, and the land around it, was compulsorarily purchased in 1904 to form a park. It is where the Rangers have their office.

The Lea Bridge In fact, there are 2 bridges, one a footbridge (nearest) and also the road bridge. The green signs nearby refer to a London wide network of footpaths; the Capital Ring and the Lea Valley Walk. "I don't know what the large pipes in the foreground are for."
