"The room was fine. Check in process poor. Given already occupied room. Once given a new room, someone else was sent to my room and given keys to access"

"Beds were way too stiff. Air conditioning didn’t work the best over night it got warm even though the air was on the lowest it could go. Night lights were too bright and kept waking me up."

"Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper"

"The hotel is located in a very good area with resturants near by. The hotel is occupied with shady guest. The floors are falling apart. My room was so so. The mattress to the eds are old and run down. Towels being clean but are old and yellowed. My room refrigerator leaked water. There were guest working on their vehicles in the back parking lots. They do not allow smoking in rooms, so a number of guest were out back smoking weed. Having said all that the price of the room was reasonalbe."

"Loved the friendly vibe here. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. "

"Comfortable, clean and all the basics. Nice staff, and decent breakfast. The whole place is a little bit tired (i.e. aging everything) but functional. Great value, except for the freeway noise. The windows sound like they are open even though they are closed. I had to buy silicone earplugs to get any sleep. If not for the road noise, this would have been a decent place especially for the price. Maybe the other side of the building would be better but I would avoid the freeway side."
