"I couldn't ask for a better reception from the hotel staff. Joy was a joy to work with. I had arrived 90 minutes early and was not feeling well and she worked extra hard to make sure that my room was ready. The room itself was fine spacious clean and cool. There's a brand new refrigerator which was neat. The amenities were not great. The ice machine in vending machines were all either broken or not working. But those are just minor irritants. The property is a bit worn but for the price I was very happy."

"Excellent hotel! I stay in cortez twice a year every year and this is hands down the best place in town that I've tried so far, will definitely book here next time instead of trying new places like usual. Just an exceptionally welcoming front desk staff, super clean and cozy room, and amazing breakfast!"

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
