"Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity."

"Room wasn’t that clean, the sink didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, the coffee in the morning was from the day before… I didn’t eat the breakfast because they didn’t serve it until 7 am. The staff was friendly though. Poor management maybe. "

"Beautiful, clean, quiet room with a few workout items (bands, exercise ball, foam rollers, etc.) in the room made it super convenient to exercise in the hotel room. I also loved the turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich ($13). Also, the entire staff was very helpful. One front desk agent immediately switched me to a different room on arrival when I complained that there was a barking dog in the room next door. Perhaps that's the one negative thing I can say about this hotel: they allow pets."

"Hot tub does not work, per the man at the counter, it is been out since last season and yet to be fixed. Some lights in our room flickered leaving a poorly lit room. Tub faucet made a horrible noise when turning on/off and the tub itself had very poor drainage. Ice machine did not work. Both mornings, I had to find and notify staff the most of the breakfast items were empty and needed to be refilled."

"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also loved the on-site amenities, such as the pool and gym. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend."

"The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."

"Excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend...
