"Me gustó la higiene y que tienen todo lo que necesitas para una estancia más que placentera. Es excelente."

"The evening was very nice sitting outside and the view of the bay with the Queen Mary was very beautiful"

"This hotel never disappoints. The staff is extremely friendly, the staff is so accommodating. I feel like I’m a celebrity when I stay here! Beautiful rooms and very clean! Thank you, can’t wait to come back!"

"Great location! Nice lounge. Great linen bed sheets."

"Excelente"

"Checking in, I was told my room wasn't ready, even after the designated check-in time. Waited in the lobby for over an hour, watching everyone else check-in despite us being told there was a waitlist for rooms and had to be put on a waiting list."

"Only good thing about this hotel was that they had a shuttle to cruise ship. Hotel is dirty. Pool was not heated. Charges they could not explain. No hand soap in bathroom, was empty. Over priced hotel and resturant."

"I actually really didn't like this property whatsoever, however I settled after bringing some things to attention that were "smoothed" since we were only there for less than 24hrs for the cruise. I still slept in my clothes"
