"The lake view room was well appointed and with a perfect view of the lake and sunsets. The bathroom vanity area could have better lighting. We were on the second floor and the ceiling soundproofing was poor because we could hear the footsteps from the unit above. "

"My wife and I wanted to stay in Temecula and tour wineries in the area and Carter Estate was the perfect location right in the heart of wine country. The pictures looked great, but you’re always skeptical until you see the real thing and i can honestly say that the room exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious and nestled directly in the vineyard. Great amenities, and friendly and responsive staff. "

"Beautiful corner room. Paid more than I ever have for a room in my life but for our 25th anniversary, it was worth it. Loved the view, the breakfast brought to our room and the cozy fire place. We has a nice dinner at the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay at the Spindrift again. "

"We actually chose to switch to a smaller room because we wanted the huge walk-in shower as opposed to a large sitting area. We got the California Suite and it was great! Only suggestion I would make is the addition of a second shower head. It would bring it to the next level of shower enjoyment. The space was clean and the fireplace heated up quickly. Oh, and the spa tub was the bee's knees!! "

"The customer service was amazing! Nikki and Crystal (sp?) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful decor and we loved that it is was adult only and the pool was available 24 hours. The only thing that disappointing was that the Jacuzzi was not in service but hopefully it will be fixed by the time we come back."
