"Very quiet and comfortable. There was a room smoking on our floor which filled mine and my daughter’s room with smoke. The hallway was blanketed in smoke as well. Hotel staff stopped that quickly. Putting strict rules on a paper that was put under every door on our floor."

"This was a good to spot to stay at when I travel to San Francisco but its starting to look and feel run down. People were in the back parking lot drinking with loud music and there was spilled beer in the second building elevator making it a smelly experience. The rooms were ok, but seemed run down. I would expect this from a motel 6 but not from a Holiday Inn. It was was still decent enough to stay in for the night but I won't be staying there again. The "parking" fee to park your car in hotel...
