"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool, and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). "This place is a ghost house. As soon as we went to check into our room, there were other rooms boarded up, like as if somebody had died inside the rooms. Also, the back door, which is also an entrance and an exit, was ajar and unable to close because it was old and...

"The room smelled of dust and mold. Woke up with a wicked sinus headache.
The shuttle is not reliable.. waited an hour and half at the casino for the shuttle because the hotel front desk said she would be right there. Needless to say she never came and I had to get an Uber back."
