"The hotel, staff and services are excellent, but the Chinese restaurant downstairs (downstairs from the lobby) is another matter. I went there for dinner and the staff is not that friendly unless you are Chinese. They give priority to Chinese guests. I was there for 8 to 10 minutes and they served those who came before me and the menu has section just in Chinese and when I asked to translate it, the waitress told me that I cannot order food from that part of the menu that I have to order from the section in English. I ordered a beer and it did not come while the Chinese guests that came after me they got their drinks and teas almost immediately. If you are not Chinese you probably good luck. However. I want to point out that restaurant is NOT part of the hotel to be fair with them."
