"AC in our room barely worked and water pressure in the shower was poor. They turned the water off in the building for four hours mid afternoon ine day. Electrical fire in the room next to us caused us to have to change rooms since fumes were coming into our room and hallway. New room was smaller, AC was incredibly loud, and was directly next to the elevators, so we heard that all night."

"WiFi was not accessible for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. Hotel staff initially tried to say it was working and that guests need only reboot their devices to obtain access. Several guests (including myself) demonstrated to the desk clerk that WiFi was not accessible either before or after reboot."

"Front desk staff, particularly Bino, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were very accommodating, making available a request at the next day. Property was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!"
