"No hot water in bathroom… have to change room in the morning… got delayed by an hour or more for my appointment. Drink water dispenser was empty, when asked staff, I was told it will be refilled next day morning. Also staff commented water is complementary not an amenity"

"We didn’t like the people next to us who kept coming in and out of their room. The hotel is nice but the area is sketchy. It can feel unsafe at late night hours. Breakfast was good but can get busy making it hard to find a table. Overall our experience was good.The house keeper on the second floor Patricia did an excellent job. The room was nice and cold with a comfortable bed."
