"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...

"Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. "

"I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. "Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

"One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. "

"We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. "
