"Lovely hotel, very close to M5, superb front of house staff, very pet-friendly, nice bar and outside seating area. Very clean, comfy bed, big pillows, good shower. "Very good stay indeed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Supplied an iron. Little critisisms: not enough milk for the tea, asked the staff if they could deal with a fly in our room whilst we were away and they said yes. The fly was still there on our return and the other staff said they didn't deal ..."
