"Cleanliness was definitely on point!! Rooms with pull out beds not recommended at all. Great service. Parking is an issue evening to night as you are next to Horseshoe Casinos, all though there are signed stating you will be towed, well the hotel don't review the cameras to watch the 10 plus people taking the PAID hotel members Parking. Beds not very comfortable I thought it would have been better. Coffee is great. Shower pressure was Amazing!! Staff at desk was very nice. Always greeted you....

"I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it."

Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the...

"Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent."

"Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!"

"The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room."

"For being a sweet, the person that was using the sofa bed had to go get their own sheets and pillows and pillowcases. And the Keurig coffee only had one K cup, and there were four people as it said on the reservation kind of disappointed."

"Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross."

"Staff were very friendly. The weekday early evening front desk clerk who checked us in would wave everytime we came in. Hannah the bartender was great. Every meal we had in the restaurant was good but esp breakfast. Id recommend the Farmers bowl."

"I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. Went back down and got another room, and it was not clean whatsoever, cat food all over the ground smelt like cigarettes, a used water bottle....

"Do not book a stay at this hotel. The Direct TV box was not hooked up. We took the top off of the toilet tank because it kept running all the time and we had to fix it about once an hour. The room was so dingy. It looked like it was painted by a teenager. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Now I will say the showers were nice and hot. And the mattresses were very comfortable. It was not worth, however the price that we paid for our weekend."

"The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. "Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"Staff was great. There was a mixup with some of my groups rooms and once they confirmed our names, they got everything sorted quickly."
