"The Queen Mary is an awesome experience when just visiting the ship for the day. However, the rooms are not very nice aside from the historic factor. The rooms need a major upgrade. "Staff was great. Front desk lady upgraded us to a suite because the elevator was broke. Unfortunately having to take the long route to service elevator was a lot to deal with. We had to call front desk for someone to come up and escort us downstairs if we wanted to leave room. Suite was nice, unfortunately there was hair in the bathtub so I had to clean it before using. Hopefully they fix elevators. Staff was great. "
