"From the reception desk to the restaurant/bar we received to most amazing service. The rooms are large and the convenience of the convention center being attached to the hotel made our trip to The Hollywood Show simple. Great job! "

"The quality is consistently good, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the view is fantastic, but they've outsourced the valet service to a private company, and the daily fee of 78 USD is excessive. If you don't use the valet service, they won't let you into the hotel's car park either; they tell you to go to the public car park by the beach, which is unacceptable."

"The hotel and room 10 star everything clean and good customer service at the reception , however the breakfast experience wasn’t good first of all breakfast is till 11 am and when you go down in the morning the waitress said it’s till 10:30 , you get there by 9:30 and there is nothing already very a few things , also they have a hard time looking for your name and if they don’t find it they make you feel like you are asking for something you didn’t pay, I had to show her the description ,...
