"The property was excellent but it is definitely a party hotel. The amenities were very good, the AC was nice and cold, and the food offered a good variety of options. The drinks were always flowing in the hotel and they had mini bars in the room. I also liked that security was everywhere and I felt safe. The Jungle Party and White Parties were can't miss."

"We had an amazing stay here. We loved the dining options and that we didn’t have to reserve nights at the themed restaurants. There was fresh fruit at every meal in the buffet and plenty of protein and healthier options, in addition to the less healthy food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beach was great. People mention not being able to swim, but we swam in the ocean most days. You can walk up the coast 10 minutes for calmer waters too if you prefer. Activities and entertainment were all pretty good too. You also have access to the adjacent Riu properties, including a water park at the Santa Fe. They have one for the little ones too. I loved our stay with Riu and will go back to one here or somewhere else in the world."

"We've been coming for about 20 years. Always a great stay!!! The place couldn't be cleaner. They work so hard and round the clock to keep things so clean!!! All the workers are extremely friendly and helpful but our favorite server was Blanca or Bianca, not sure which is her name. She waited on us at lunch and again at breakfast in the mornings. She is soooo sweet! Our favorite bartender is Javier at the upstairs bar which is our favorite place to be! If I had one suggestion it would be to start the children's shows earlier than 8PM! I would think it would be better for the kids and the parents to start it at 6 or 7. We'll for sure be back next year!!!"

"We had an amazing stay at Corazon resort. Our suite had two bedrooms, a jacuzzi, and a stunning ocean view. The place was spotless. We did have a couple of issues with a lamp and a door not shutting, but once reported, all was corrected within two hours. They were very apologetic and courteous about it. The Beach Club access really made the trip for us. The staff there were amazing, and although they were extremely busy, they made us feel welcome and even knew our names by the second day. I love Mexico, and the people from Mexico are so lovely. We will definitely be back and stay here again."

"This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and my husband and I (in our late 30s and early 40s) really enjoyed the relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and stylish. The Good: Service: 5/5! The staff members were incredibly gracious and helpful. Having a WhatsApp chat available for anything we needed was a fantastic touch. Vibe: The pool was very lively with great music and activities throughout the day. Drinks: My favorite bar for a well-made drink was the one in the lobby. Dining Tip: Make all your dining reservations on your first day. This was a lifesaver for us, as we heard other guests complaining about wait times (though they may have been in larger groups). Things to Know/Improve: The Rooms: They are showing some wear and tear. Our shower leaked after every use, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet. Food & Pool Drinks: While the food was plentiful with a nice variety, the quality was fairly mediocre. Also, the drinks at the pool were far too sweet for my taste. Cabanas: Reserve your cabana ahead of time! If you wait until the day of, you will find them all taken. The Beach: The beach is not very swimmable; even the pool staff warned us to be careful if we tried to go in. However, Playa Chileno is an 8-minute drive away and is a great spot for snorkeling. Summary: Despite a few areas for improvement, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back."
