"The hotel location is great if you’re going to a concert at Shoreline. Super easy to walk to and from and not deal with traffic. The rooms are comfortable and the food at the restaurant is decent.
This was our second time staying here and I have to say that we dealt with more issues that seem to be staff not paying attention than anything else. When we checked in, we were given keys that had the entirely wrong room number and floor on them. We made it to the room for the keys to not work, and...

Bike trail worked great, was able to ride scooter from hotel to convention center.
