"Wonderful stay. With already having an iteniary in place, we didn't utilize the property amenities or view the property much. However, the rooms were amazingly clean, balcony view was awesome, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely visit again and explore more of the property."

"I self parked later in evening and felt unsafe because the lower level parking was very dark with very tight spaces. Also the parking fee for cars is very expensive."

My husband and I like the suite …. 2 rooms with the kitchenette and deck with ocean view in distance. Lots of great fine dining restaurants nrar by. "

"The room wasn’t clean, at all. I was traveling with my friends young son as they were possibly losing their apartment and we wanted to get him out of the house. Upon walking in, it was clear they hadn’t cleaned the room at all. At some point in the night, my friend’s kid saw what he thought was a balloon under the bed - nope, a freaking condom. Thankfully I sensed it wasn’t a balloon and immediately told him to not touch it - horrible experience. For the last minute need, it was affordable and...

"The location is amazing but there was huge construction and I am not sure why we have to pay resort fees since there is no resort amenities with construction going on You have to pay for parking your car "

"Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente...

"Very good location, central to a great area of Dana Point. The rooms were spacious (2 bedroom king suite with balcony). Not “modern” per se, but very clean and just felt very homey. "

"A very satisfactory room and establishment. It is not far from the coast and also near some dining options. The staff and breakfast were wonderful."

"Firstly, there was a nasty smell throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and the fridge did not work. The cabinets were falling apart. I go to the bathroom and the fan is hanging off the ceiling exposing above. I look in the shower and the curtain is stained with who knows what. Lastly I go to lay down on one of the beds and there’s hairs(not mine) on the sheets. If you have another option that isn’t here, go there."
