"We have returned to Posada Real because of the great location fantastic staff and reuniting with travellers that return at the same time as we do! One area of concern is the tracks on the sliding doors in the bathrooms. Please have staff use a steam sprayer to eliminate the stuff that collects there. "

"The Expedia Concierge Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Brissa, Roberto and Gabriel. Brissa, assisted in formulating an itinerary for our 2 night trip to La Paz, recommending places of interest to stop at and restaurants. The Krystal Grand Hotel did not disappoint, the room we were first assigned had 2 beds and the air conditioning unit was faulty. We had requested a king bed, we were moved the next day to a king bed and this room was good. We enjoyed most if the specialty restaurants although the food could be served hotter, a few times we requested to have are food warmed. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Marquis immensely! The resort is beautiful! Food was excellent! All staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Pool side service was awesome! We interacted with many staff members however exceptional were Fidel, Johnny, Samantha, Alejandra, Evan, Matias. Kenia from the Concierge went the extra mile because on her days off she drove to the nearest city to purchase 4 bottles of vanilla for me! Although I cannot remember all of their names; every staff member helped make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We would highly recommend this resort! "

All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related."

"Good size room. Very clean. Great location on the historic plaza and only 15-20 minutes walk to magnificent beaches. Good restaurants, art galeries and art shops nearby. Very nice and helpful staff. "
