"We absolutely loved the hotel's warm breakfast buffet, as well as the convenience of having coffee, tea, and hot water available throughout the day. Our room was spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy mattresses and a well-stocked bathroom. We had hoped to enjoy the swimming pool during our stay, but it was temporarily closed for maintenance. "My room was at perfect temperature when i arrived (requested). Room was immaculate, bedding firm and extremely clean, shower was very clean & well stocked with linen. The view of the baseball fields was an added bonus that I knew nothing about. Overall I was extremely pleased with the last minute accommodations here at Holiday Inn Parkville, MO."

They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund."

"The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

"The property was very nice and welcoming. When we walked in, everything smelled clean and fresh with no odors throughout the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the TV worked well, although I wish there were more local news channels available so guests could stay updated on what’s happening around Kansas City.
