"Didn’t get money worth for the $500+ stay. Paint chipping everywhere, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the hot breakfast is really nothing but oatmeal, the pools were nasty I was hoping to get in after a long drive. It was completely disgusting."

"Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund."

"There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund."

"There is a bad storm night to stay in. Our room leaked in and when we woke up and mine, the room was flooded. I didn’t do much they took off 20% and unlikely that my wife didn’t fall on the floor because it was mainly on her side of the bed."

"Hardly any beers were available at the lobby Shop. A can of local beer cost $7.61. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful."

"This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."
