False i know it was in the room because i used it. "

Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! "This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave...

"This hotel was disgusting. We paid over 200 dollars and the pictures online don’t come close to what the hotel was actually like. Very little parking, room door locked but didnt shut tight, patio door barely closed, the pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The drywall in the shower was missing, fridge did not work, outlets on the wall didnt even hold a pkug in them. Worst of all….had to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up just so we could check out. The ONLY good thing...
