"Airport shuttle is very convenient"

"Location on the back of the airport and surprisingly quiet. Strange that it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave."

"The staff at check-in were polite and helpful. Maintainence was called and never showed. One of the elevators was out; therefore, causing travel to 5th floor longer than necessary. Iron nor the hair blow-dryer in our room did not work. Air conditioner was loud, but had to indore the heat if turned off."

"The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel."

"I know check out is at 11, but I was running 10 minutes late and the staff keep knocking and calling for us to leave I think that was too excessive for 10 minutes. We checked in at 4:30. I don’t think I will be staying here again"

"Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena."

"This was close to the airport, has a breakfast that was good. There are also other food places near within walking distance. We actually ate at the food truck park next door and it was fantastic! The hotel room was clean but it smells old and looks old. They added modern flooring and furniture bed but everything else is old. It met our need. Bed was ok. Pillows suck. Please add better pillows. The lady who checked me in was nice. She let me check in early. We also asked a house keeper...

"The room was very dirty. The floors weren't swept. They didn't have carpet. The towels were so thin and torn. The sink drain was black. There were bugs on the floor and furniture. The chair was torn. The toilet tank had brown spots on it like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Toilet had to be flushed twice. Just a filthy room"

"The TV didn’t work and upgrades are need for the Bathroom"

"Loved it! I stayed one night. Very comfortable, staff nice, and bed was cozy. It was quiet, a lot of places to eat around, and hotel is right by the freeway to head to NOLA. I would stay again."

"Nobody was at the desk and we had to wait about 15 minutes. The room AC and lights didn’t work. It took about 30 minutes to get changed to another room. The lights we very dim and the keycard reader didn’t work. We had to wait until the next morning for the key. The experience wasn’t horrible, but it should have been better."
