The front desk staff was amazing sweet and super friendly. Housekeeping could have done a better job of cleaning some walls in the bathroom and sweeping the floor but overall cleanliness of the hotel and in the room was good.

Cheap coffee maker in room. Tiny toilets!!! Restaurant lacks selection and service is very slow, possibly due to understaffing. Parking is located further from door than I prefer. Staff was very nice.

I wanted to give this a good review because it was clean-ish and a couple of staff replied a couple were very rude. It was close to a couple stores and a White Castle... But the roaches oh my God the roaches they were the problem they had so many roaches. I wish I could say they didn't but I would have to warn other people there are a lot of of roaches here

Stay was OK for the night. Top lock on my door was broken off. My bathroom light went out the morning of checkout, when I told the staff at checkout they only said "oh okay" Staff was not great. My hallway (4th floor) also reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was nice and the place was fairly clean, though.

Roaches

There were several cockroaches in my room. I found them in my clothes and kitchen countertop. I ended up leaving a day before I was supposed to check out. They were coming from under the baseboards on the walls. The front desk personnel were friendly and understanding since there was construction going on.

The receptionist was incredible, so kind and so accomidating. Buuuuuut... We were infested with roaches. I spent a little over $50 on cleaning supplies just to make it habitable. Also, I doubt that floor had ever been cleaned.

The entire property was infested with roaches and bugs and littered with trash. There was a filthy stench and bums loitering around. This property should not be listed on Expedia as it is an extended stay - so people are living there.
