"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable."

"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while.

"Best location for nature view outside of sapa town"

The property sits on the hillside overlooking the valley with an infinity pool and several other amazing vantage points. The food is beyond top notch while remaining local (breakfast was an absolute highlight!). Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff easily arranged two days of hiking for us as well as private transportation back to Hanoi. 11/10...
