"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while. "No service, no information, we went to get breakfast 9:15 but apparently breakfast ended at 9am we were not informed of this. We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door. The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps "

"We booked this hotel to have a nap in before our train departed but it turned out to be quite nice for the price. It is the cheapest hotel I've ever booked but certainly not the worst. We would have happily stayed a night if not for time constraints. The room did smell a little bit like cigarettes and the bed was Vietnamese (so hard by western standard), but again for the price we were happy with it."
