"PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. 1. Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2. "This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. "Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"Had a wonderful stay. Staff very helpful. The panoramic view from the terrace of room 306 is amazing! We enjoyed staying away from the main touristy towns. Easy to get around on local bus with live updates on actual arrival time at your stop on your phone (rather than just timetable) really helpful. Free buses between Menaggio and Argegno after 7 pm during the summer months were an added bonus."

"I have to first start saying that Matteo, was very resourceful and helpful. When I we arrived one of our rooms was super stinky, 😭 I mean smell awful. Once I communicated with the staff (by Whatsapp) he was able to change our room. The hotel is very convenient located to the train station and the ferry. Other than that.. great stay"
