"I was disappointed in the breakfast offerings. There was basically no protein available that wasn’t tied to sugar. There was yogurt, the only protein, but it was the fruit yogurt which is full of sugar. Otherwise, there was peanut butter, but that was a sugary kind, not the plain peanut kind and that would have been eaten with unhealthy white bread. Otherwise the hotel was a good bargain. "

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke smelling - a room that had been smoked in for years despite advertised as a non smoking facility. The bathrooms were so old and unclean looking. Tons of dust on the very old heating system - we didn’t dare turn it on. The only good thing was the very friendly husband and wife team who were managing and trying to accommodate/make us happy. They identified that the site had a new owner who was hoping to bring the place back to shape. There is no way we’d ever go back, nor would we recommend this place to stay. Thankfully we were only there for a short 10 hours. We left tired, with sore backs from the bed and smelling like chainsmokers!!"
