"We had to vacate the property after one night due to a natural gas leak. I had to find another hotel. I would like a refund for the second day of my trip. Overall, experience, was good. I've stayed there before, not disappointing, other than this trip."

"There was constant flooding in the hall between our wing to the main hall due to rolling thunderstorms. The gorge hike is disappointing - it’s only 0.68 miles because a stair bridge is broken so the guide stalls with nature talks because if you were to actually hike it, it would take less than 20 ..."
