"They try to say I had dogs in the room and I was smoking and charged me a extra 50$ so I had to explain to the rude front desk lady that I do not smoke and I do not have any animals and she wanted to check my vehicle so I let her and she stormed off and told me I’ll get a refund when she gets to it. "Room Cleanliness-Bed 1 was missing a fitted sheet and just had 2 flat sheets. Bed 2 appeared to have been sat on prior to our arrival and my daughter found some type of food left in bed when she lifted the blanket and sheet. Location- Great proximity to Auburn University and restaurants. Outdoor pool and gym were not used due to weather and timeframe allotted for trip."
