"The staff were exceptional and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Pool and deck were clean, inviting and a comfortable temperature. Location is perfect to get to Duval and tasty restaurants! Close bike rental made all of Old Town accessible. Can’t wait to go back! Fantastic vacation!"

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"

"Very cute clean place. Close to everything. First night we walked to a resturant (Azur) that had the best sword fish ever! Would definitely stay again, but upgrade to a larger room."

The location was perfect we could walk to everything we never had to move the car and parking was included in the price no added up charge. We also had use of the Opal resort due to it was owned by them. They had coffee,tea,and bottled water in the lobby at all times. I would stay there again"
