"The staff was wonderful. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and they even helped us book a wonderful snorkeling excursion. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. I was aware of being in Key West surrounded by nature but the amount of bugs in the room was a bit much. After the first night, the bathroom was filled with little flying bugs that were all over the sink and part of the shower. "Steps from Duval, quiet, wonderful people & very attentive. Breakfast included, wine & cheese from 5-7 great way to mingle & meet other guests. Several people stayed here before & continue to return. They let us stay & use all amenities before & after checkout."

"Well, the room description doesnt state that there are a lot of very steep stairs to climb. I currently have mobility issues related to a fracture to my tibia i sustained last December. I called the resort on the way there to ask about a cancelation related to parking possibly being an issue. Note that at that time i wasnt even aware of the stairs to get to the room. I am revognized as handicap by the ADA. Keep in mind also the description of the property list the room we booked as handicap...
