"It’s a nice place and convenient to everything! I stayed there twelve years ago and seems different perhaps new management. Difficulty booking as website did not work well for a phone and couldn’t get anyone to answer phone. Booked on Expedia instead. Breakfast weak! "

"This property was full of character, Teresa and Daniel obviously put such care and attention as to how they wanted the rooms furnished. The whole property was a delight. The breakfasts were out of this world. We ordered a charcuterie on arrival and it was delicious and plentiful. Loved our 2 nights there. "

"Amazing staff, very helpful. Grounds were lovely, beautiful property in the heart of Duval St. historic district, a block off the action. Stayed in owner’s suite, nice large room, kitchen was lacking a bit in some basics, but ultimately we weren’t there long enough to really matter. We had a great stay, would highly recommend for charm and location. "
