"Guest houses about a 20 minute walk from Duval Street but still walkable and very safe during the day or night. Parking is on property, which is excellent in Key West. Was very comfortable bed was good kitchenette was functional. My room faced the street and had a balcony which is really nice to sit relax put on property is good. Pool on property is good. Overall property is excellent. Very quiet to sleep at night most properties closer to Duval a lot of traffic during nighttime. I would stay...

"A small but cozy place a few blocks away from Lincoln Rd. The infrastructure is lil' bit old, but it was perfect for a couple of days in Miami Beach. The bathroom (especially the space between the toilet and the wall) was pretty small but everything seems to work more than ok. "

"Location is great. Having a bar in the backyard was really nice. Only complaint would be that there is no in-room coffee & the office doesn’t open until 9. They are doing renos tho, so maybe that will solve that minor issue."

It's one of the best deals around fort lauderdale. It's safe, adheres to regulations, everyone minds their business, managers are responsive and kind. It's not a motel size, more like an airbnb, private room, 2 shared baths, easy walk to store or commute lines. Perfect for a layover."
