"Me and my wife booked a room for 3 days to celebrate our anniversary. It was by far the worst stay of my life. I have stayed in a lot of bad places before but never bad enough for me to write a negative review. We checked in went up to our room. Walked in the door of our room and the smell of pot was overwhelming. Loud rap music playing from the room next door. Come to find out we had a conjoined room. With a separating door in between that rattled everytime they slammed the doors in the other room. Walked out on the balcony and thats where the smell of pot was coming from. Our neighbors smoking pot on the balcony. Also the balcony was conjoined with the room next door. There was a little metal gate separating it. Called the front desk and told them what was going on and asked to please trade rooms they refused. So we just had to deal with it. Thought maybe it would calm down later so we went out on the town to do some shopping and grab something to eat. Got back to the room and the same thing walk in and the smell of weed was overwhelming. Loud music all times of night slamming doors. Tried to utilize the jacuzzi tub that was in the room to make the best out of a terrible situation. No hot water filled the tub about half way and never got hot. Tried to drain the tub and it wouldn't drain. Called front desk again they sent up maintenance. Couldnt understand him as he didnt speak english very well. Never got it fixed we had to take cold showers. Terrible experience "
