"We requested a third-floor room way in mid-September for a first weekend in October. When we checked in, we were told that all third-floor rooms had been sold out. We stayed on the first floor next to the exit to the outside parking lot and near the elevators. The water pressure in our shower was low and the towels were old...

"The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The food was delicious, and the parking area felt safe and secure, which was a big plus. The elevators were a little hectic and slow at times, but manageable. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes around the pool area, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, it was a wonderful, family-friendly hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our time so amazing! ☺️"

False advertisement asked for roll away bed, staff stated they didn’t do anymore yet I heard another staff help another customer providing one. You have to request room service they don’t provide."
