"We booked this hotel for a special occasion. We were so impressed with the rooms, the location of the hotel and the amenities.
When we were there, there were some small incidents that resulted in my rating of 4 out of 5. There seemed to be some plumbing issues. Our shower was not draining and resulted in some flooding which then leaked to the room below. The hotel staff were very professional and quick to correct the situation. The suite that we were moved to also had some tub drainage issues that didn’t affect our stay but could be better maintained for future guests. The pool area was relaxing and a perfect spot to unwind after a few busy days of site seeing. We anticipated a good soak in a hot tub however the water in the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. (Still warm but not hot). There were some added features in the pool that were also out of order, again, didn’t negatively impact us but would have been nice to experience. The sky bar was a lovely space to enjoy the view and cocktails. The hotel was located close to the main square and also to other points of interest in Wroclaw. We will be staying here again in future, without a doubt."
