"This is a wonderful place! The highlight was the great staff, but everything was excellent. Location is important and Boboli has an ideal spot in Florence. It’s literally a few minutes from the Ponte Vechio and the tourist attractions, yet not nearly as hectic and overcrowded. Plus there are plenty of good restaurants just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not what you would expect from a typical hotel but that’s not what you’re going to...

"Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."

"Favorite hotel stay so far in Italy! Super gorgeous hotel and courtyard. Free washer in basement. The 1 bedroom apartment was big enough for 4 adults and then some. Staff was so helpful and kind. On site restaurant served a delicious breakfast. Location was absolutely perfect. Would come back!"

The master bathroom was a little quirky and there’s a somewhat dangerous step down, especially if it’s dark in the middle of the night! Kitchen was well stocked! Appreciate the small welcome basket with waters and coffee!"
