"Excellent Stay"

"Only stayed for one night, but front desk was very nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. We didn’t get to use the pool but the central outdoor area is very pretty and relaxing. Comes with continental breakfast, with the best tasting free breakfast I’ve had a hotel so far - made with real (not powdered) eggs and lots of variety :)"

"The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. Initial experience was bad, and even given the opportunity make it good,...

If that is all you care about then it might be fine, but the rooms smell mildewed and the walkways are filthy around the rooms and the backside is very sketchy. It wouldn’t take a lot to make this acceptable but if you don’t care about anything but the price then it might be OK for you but otherwise beware."

The AC was loud and woke me up every time it kicked in so I could not keep it on to deal with the smell. The bathroom was dirty. "One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. To start off, the front desk staff was super friendly. Very kind and helpful. The check in was really easy. Parking was crammed but there was always a spot open. The room felt very clean. A few dings and scratches but I felt very safe, comfortable, and cozy. I was excited to come back home to this hotel after a long day out and about. That should tell you something. Very good spot. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family."
