"I was honestly expecting to give them 4 stars when we first arrived but then everything went south. The hotel started doing maintenance work the second day, banging on gas pipes at 11pm and 5am right above our room, and the workers wouldn't stop even after we complained. Then they turned the terrace outside our room into a construction site effectively blocking all access to the elevator and staircase. Again we complained but nothing was done.
In addition to that, the rooms are tiny, you...

"Our room was very well maintained. We appreciated Henry's welcome and orientation as well as he helped my wife when she came down with altitude sickness and provided the oxygen tank when she needed it early in the morning. We also liked the complimentary breakfast and our server was very helpful and our extra orders for food was cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned regularly. The issues we had were that we never received the iron we requested. All other hotels immediately provided an iron...
