We travel a lot as my kids play travel ball and always stay at residence inns so this was my first choice. It took about 5 minutes to actually get my key card to work on the door. "I stayed at this hotel during school vacation week with my granddaughter and two small toddlers, expecting a welcoming family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
