There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. "Fantastic apartment with amazing views and in top condition. Location is perfect and the host is lovely as are the staff at the hotel. Two draw backs if you are a family staying there however. 1) There is no kettle, pans pots, or microwave. Easily fixable. "
