"Everything was amazing"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!!! SEVERELY understaffed, the entire place was a mess. Trash cans over flowing everywhere, floors are dirty, and the waterpark is a complete joke. Nobody is watching or policing children so there are all completely wild. Life guards do not care (only 1 on duty in the park). Multiple broken parts of the waterpark & caution cones everywhere. This place has been majorly neglected. Ladies at the front desk were polite and understanding but the rest of the facility was just gross. We did not even stay the night in our room and left the waterpark as my 2 small children couldn’t even enjoy it with the chaos in there. "

"Pool was closed on check in. Staff offered to cancel our reservations if we wanted to go somewhere else, however that was not an option at 5:30 in the evening"

"Breakfast menu was standard continental fare. Room was clean but dated- carpeting is worn. Bedding was very light and wrinkled- wondered if it in fact had been cleaned from prior stay. No extra blankets in room. Basic amenities with no frills. "

"Staff was considerate and attentive. Had just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and the same room there was much larger, this room felt a bit cramped. Really appreciated all of the power outlets in the room."

"The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional"

"For the cost, we were very happy with what we received. The hotel had a nice appearance upon driving in (it was surrounded by other similar, nice hotel properties (Staybridge, Courtyard Marriot, Tru Hilton, etc.) We mainly picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool AND a hot tub and both were very nice in appearance and function. The hours were great as well. 6A-10PM for the pool and if you're over 18yo, you can stay until midnight. Room was clean and the bathroom had lots of counter space. I would have liked a more accessible outlet by the nightstand however. Room had a mini-fridge and microwave. Bed not the comfiest but not bad. The breakfast included some hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon, and a WAFFLE STATION! Do not miss this - it's hidden around the corner from the rest of the food. Other items included cereal, bread items (bagels, toast, muffins), cold items like yogurt, cream cheese, and hard boiled eggs, juice. Fruit was just wrapped apples. Rooms are advertised as soundproof but we could hear the highway. Ask for a non-highway side room at checkin (room numbers ending in an odd number face the highway). Also, check out is noon! Anyway, definitely recommend."
