"Room smelled like pee, sheets were dirty and had hair on them. There was a white poudre behind the bed which made us worried about the presence of bed bugs, but most importantly the smell was unlivable, concierge claimed it was coming from the outside parking but the fact is it was so strong in the room. We ended up leaving at 2 am which is around 3 hours after check in because we needed to find another place to stay and try to get our money back which we weren’t able to. The management refused...

"I hate to give a terrible review, but this is like a trashy place. Nothing like the pictures. I got my key. I looked at the room two drunk guys were arguing the room was disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting. They tried to offer me another room. It was still disgusting. I would not sleep on the bed. My daughter did not feel safe, so we actually went and got another hotel room. Hopefully I get my refund. But take it for me do not go. It’s disgusting."
