"Lovely hotel, very helpful team who sorted out flights and transfers etc when trips had to be cancelled due to the typhoon. So friendly and supportive. Location great, in the craziness which is Hanoi. Breakfast very nice too."

"the hotel is build into the lake on the water. the service is excelent the staff is helpful. the rooms are clean and big. the Buffer breakfast is extra ordinairy with wide selection of food including lactus free and gluten free. Highly recommended."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again."
