"Air conditioner did not work on the entire floor. Amenities are hidden and hard to find/access Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service."

"great scenery, green trees, calm blue water...excellent service, warm and helpful staff. They always smile."

"I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. The spa, gym and yoga were all enjoyable and the restaurants and breakfast options were also great. Can’t recommend it enough if you want a nice relaxing few days away from the chaos of hanoi!"

Trong phòng chưa chuẩn bị sẵn khăn tắm và khăn lau chân cho khách. Mùi sữa tắm và dầu gội đầu rất khó chịu"

"Great location with a beautiful view. Perfect to checkout the rice patties!"

The staff were amazing throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were fortunate to experience a traditional dance performance at the resort, which was a real highlight, and seeing the fireflies in the evening made the experience even more memorable. The location was absolutely stunning and provided...
