Hilltop에 1박을 했어요. 숙소 주변에 나무도 많고, 공기도 좋아서 마음에 들었습니다. 평일에 다녀와서 사람이 많지 않았어요, 따뜻한 물이 있는 수영장도 좋았고. 다른곳 보다 깨끗하고, 가족끼리 조용하게 다녀오기 좋았습니다. 하노이 돌아올때 로비에 물어봐서 호텔 택시를 이용했는데, 기사분도 친절해서 좋았네요

It was okay

It was okay to relex with my family, but there was some problems of converstation in English. Only few receptionist could speak English. Overall, it was fine to stay.

숲이라 모기가 많았고, 집 컨디션이나 편의 시설은 보통이에요. 그치만 오랜만에 숲길을 산책하며 산림욕 할 수 있어 좋았고, 조식도 괜찮았어요. 큰빌라는 지인들과 바베큐 파티하며 함께 놀기 좋아요.

빌라마다 컨디션이 다르다고는 들었지만 청소상태가 그다지 좋아보이진 않았다 들어갈때 예약번호 확인이 안되어 시간이 좀 걸렸다 벌레긴 많긴했다 자연친화적이긴 했다;; 조식이 종류가 많지 않았다 그밖에 즐길거리 볼거리 나름 힐링하긴 좋았다

코로나로 인해 수영장, 게임룸,사우나시설 등 호텔내의 모든시설이 폐쇄상태여서 실망했다. 이용전에 미리 확인 전화 해 보는것이 좋을것 같다. 뱀부식당은 기대이상으로 만족했다 포레스트 식당의 조식도 괜찮은 편. 개인풀장은 이용가능하고 무료로 카약. 고기잡기.자전거대여.버기카이용이 가능해서 좋았다 다음에는 바베큐 준비를 해가는 것도 좋겠다

Villa Hilltop 이용후기

세틀버스를 이용했는데, 아침 7시반 출발, 돌아 올땐 오후 3시로 기다리는 시간이 좀 많았음. 전체적으로 분위기는 편안했음. 음식도 보통. 맛은 나쁘지 않았으나, 가격이 싸지않아 가성비는 별로. 코로나로 VR게임방 및 여러 시설을 이용하지 못해서 아쉬웠음. 빈펄이나 기타 다른 휴양지를 생각하면 많이 후회할 확율이 높지만, 크게 기대하지 않고 조용하게 하루 쉬다온다 생각하면 갈만함.

가족여행. 만족스러움

숙소가 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었고 우려와는 달리 영어로 대화 하는데 유창하지는 않지만 전혀 문제가 되지 않았다. 모두 친절하다. 빌라를 예약하신분은 모기약을 지참하는게 좋겠다. 호텔내에 식당이 두군데인듯 한데 리조트안 식당은 좀 개선이 필요하지 않나 싶다. 다른 리조트 식당과 너무 차이가 난다 ㅋ 외부에 있는 밤부 레스토랑은 조금 덥긴하지만 음식은 맛있다.

Dai Lai Resort great weekend

Had a great long weekend holiday at Dai Lai Resort! Its beautiful location. Villas are clean, nice, comfortable and a lot of fun for the family. Restaurants are pretty good, not great but definitely not bad either, and priced a lot more than normal Vietnamese restaurants but still totally reasonable considering you're eating on the resort with no other options..I thought very fair value still. Service is the only sort of negative thing I can put...service is not grea mostly because it seemed understaffed at the restaurants

호텔 렌터카 서비스 이용하지 마세요

직원들도 친철하고 리조트도 잘 꾸며져 있고 다 좋았습니다. 그러나 호텔 렌터카 절대 사용하지 마세요. 폭우 쏟아지는데 골목길에서 레이싱게임 수준으로 과속하고 룸미러로 보면서 코딱지 파면서 운전하고 독감 걸렸는지 계속 기침하고 담배냄새 쩔고, 과속하지 말라고 구글 번역기 돌려서까지 보여줬는데 개무시,, 결국 호텔 리셉션 전화해서 안전운전 해달라고 말 좀 해달라 하니.. 전화 끊고 룸미러로 저 보면서 씩 웃더라고요? ㅎㅎ 그 전화받고 한 5분 정도 정속운전.. 다시 미치도록 과속.. 5개월짜기 딸이 있어서 안전운전 부탁한다고 구글 번역기로 보여줘도 또 개무시.. 진짜 살아서 집으로 온게 다행입니다... 그런데 집에 도착했더니 55만동이 아닌 70만동을 달라네요?? 진짜 성질 같아서는..... 뗏이니 연휴니 하면서 돈 더 달라고.. 분명 리셉션에서 55만동이라고 듣고 2번 이상 확인했는데.. 결국 호텔에 전화해서 기사랑 통화하게 하고 55만동만 내고 보냈습니다.. 호텔 리셉션한테 왜 좋은 여행을 렌터카 때문에 망치게 하냐고 하니, 우리 잘못이 아니라고 하네요.. ㅎㅎ 그러면은 왜 호텔 리셉션 카운터에 픽업차량 서비스 현수막은 붙혀놓거죠?? 렌터카 업체랑 계약하고 하는거 아닌가요?? 그러면 회사 관리는 누가 하죠?? 숙박객이 하나요?? 하노이에 지내면서 과속하는 차량이야 정말 많이 타봤지만.. 이 번 호텔 렌터카는 진짜 싸이코였습니다.. 어차피 베트남이랑 한국인들 밖에 이 리조트 안갈테니.. 영어로는 굳이 안적겠습니다.. 리조트는 나쁘지 않으나 픽업차량 서비스 절대 이용하지 마세요..

Relaxing place. Could work if expectations are low

We booked the villa but the pool is not heated & the sauna was not working. room service made a mistake on our order & Front Office was not as efficient. Breakfast experience was so so.

땀다오까지 도보로7분??? 도보로 나가는대만 20분걸리겠네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 여기오시면 못보던 벌레 다 보고 갈꺼어요 다른리조트 추천드립니다

최악의 경험

개인적으로 최악이었습니다. 예약 확인 안되서 2시간 대기하고... 방은 예약할때 수영장이 인근에 있는것처럼 해놓고 수영장 차타고 가야되고.. 차라리 다른 리조트 갈걸 랬네요

Le problème n'est ni le cadre ni la qualité des prestations, impeccables pour les environs de Hanoi, mais que cela ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions sur le site de réservation. Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes et deux enfants, mais la réservation n'a été enregistrée que pour deux adultes, d'où un supplément conséquent. Par ailleurs, les lodges annoncée à 72 M2, ne font qu'au maximum 40 M2 habitables, le reste étant la terrasse extérieure.
