"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jimmi, the manager, was especially professional and friendly, he arranged every single aspect of my 4-day itinerary and trips in northern Vietnam (Halong Bay and Sapa), not just in Hanoi. He organized pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation, overnight bus bookings, tour guides, and sightseeing. He’s efficient, accommodating, and responsive, even when he's not on-site. Everything went incredibly smoothly. "
