"Deben de ser un poco más limpio en la limpieza de las habitaciones y un poco más higiénicos en las barras que están para las piscinas ya que la gente trae sus vasos personales y los cojen y les ponen los refill de hielo y líquido sin tener ninguna higiene. Cosa que puede propagar virus y alguna enfermedad. Eso fue lo que no me encantó del resort."

"Some Staff By The Bars And.Kitchen and other pool amenities Were More into people business and talking about People Than Giving Services we Paid For only .Also Some staff Should be banned and Fired For being Disrespectful With The Guest That are Staying At the reaort .Other Than That Most Staff Were Excellent and Attended And took Care of Guest greatly.I would Definitely Go Back If this is addressed Same With other Guest I met That Complained The same Thing .Other Than Dominican Republic Is Beautiful And an Awesome Countty"

"lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay at Xeliter Green One in Puerto Plata. The property is modern, clean, peaceful, and perfect if you prefer a quieter atmosphere over a crowded all-inclusive resort. The rooms were spacious, good beds, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, and my family and I spent most of our time there! Most of the hotels are located within the Playa Dorada area, which also has a nearby mall and activities for families. My 4-year-old especially loved the horse carriage ride around the area for a few bucks. A few areas could still improve, particularly the food options, some minor maintenance details, and the WiFi, which was not always reliable. However, overall it was still a relaxing and comfortable experience. It’s a great option for families or couples looking for a calm getaway in a beautiful setting. Important note: it’s about an hour and a half drive from Cibao International Airport (Santiago de los Caballeros), so plan accordingly if you’re arriving via STI. Renting a car is definitely worth it if you’re comfortable driving, as taxis can cost a bit more. Uber is also not very reliable or efficient in the DR, so be prepared to spend a little extra on transportation if you plan to use it to get around."

"My experience was very bad I did not enjoy the first thing that happened was that they give us a old room that look very bad and there was water damage ceiling and othere thing was that the staff when youhas them for something it was like it was bothering them they take 1 day and half to bring a crib ... the food was the same they don't have variety and they don't have service in the pool and other thing was in the breakfast there is a guy making juice and they only have smoothies make only for the boss if they not going to service the customer why have the guy there make smoothies .... there is a lot of water leaking all through the property there was a water leaking in the bathroom and in the room ..the refrigerator in the room only have too drink they don't have entertainment the drink they don't have a variety of drink to pick it is what ever they have .... please I don't recommend to go there the experience was bad and they also have discrimination against black people on the last day in the check out they give u a pass to stay there until 3 pm we go and get food and my husband go to the bar to get a drink the guy on the bar asking my husband a bunch of questions and other people white that also check out at the same time as us they didn't as anything to them and it was very ambassador for my husband that the bartender didn't want to serve him and make a whole show and people were there watching them"
